Lots of members of the media like to say that too many people think that Iraq's Saddam Hussein was responsible for 9/11. The funny thing is not that many people think Iraq did 9/11 and the Bush administration has explicitly said so on many occasions.

However, if you read the internal numbers for the polls an intriguing number jumps out...

More liberal Democrats believe their own government, the United States, is responsble for 9/11 than any other dubious conspiracy theory.

Why are there more dumb liberal Democrats than any other group? Are they paranoid? Gullible? Uneducated?

When we invaded over 65% of Americans thought that Iraq was responsible for 9/11. Bush didn't explicitly say until well after the fact that Iraq had nothing to do with and even then the numbers didn't go down substantially. Prior to the invasion he always brought up Saddam whenever he mentioned 9/11 or vice versa. That created linkage in peoples mind which explains the 65% figure. If you don't believe me go back and read his speeches from the first part of 2003. They're archived on the white house web site.

You're not providing any actual numbers or even sources so it's hard to give any weight to your assertions. You're saying that more liberals believe a particular theory. That's not the same as showing that most liberals believe it was some kind of conspiracy nor does it show that more liberals than conservatives believe it's a conspiracy. You basically got nothing.

So now Wall Street is to blame? Not sure if you know this but if Wall Street fails the world fails. So much rides upon Wall Street so having it closed for too long would have ruined not only the economy of the United States but that of the world. Many democrats like to blame Bush because what else do they have to do? (Besides fail at telling jokes) While I do not believe that everything said by the government it completely truthful, there is a lot out there that is better off no known by the public. So maybe you should get behind the people that are fighting for not only your freedom but that of those around the world.

There are a few nuts that think there was a USA conspiracy.
But everyone knows and Bush has admitted that Iraq had nothing to do with the attack on 911. It was Osam Ben laden. He has come out and claim credit.
And as far as your question on why are there more liberal Democrats than any other group. You forgot one, the far right Conservatives who would like no better for me to live my life under laws of religion instead of the Constitution.
At least I think they are a larger group. They did vote in our present President. Who has a lousy second term.
And that opinion is shared by both parties, look at the Republicans that are saying it now. I doubt very seriously if you have even seen any polls. LOL

Its a sad state of affairs when citizens believe their goverment could conduct a 9/11 type of event. This should be an indication to you cons that we don't trust your leadership.

No, the gov didn't do 9/11 (how much they knew beforehand is a different discussion). Iraq had nothing to do with 9/11 -- contrary to what Bush has said or implied in the past.

at first i'm not a united statesA. hater. Thomas Jefferson and the different founding fathers made particular all of us had the right to social discourse, inclusive of grievance of our cutting-edge administration. So if you're searching to bait someone right into a strive against i wager i'm not your guy. A plan to unravel the Iraq issues may be the inclusion of different countries in a real coalition for a constrained time to stabilize the rustic prior to our withdrawal. i'd also artwork to construct a communication with the poorer countries to assist stop the basis motives of terrorism, poverty and desperation. The unemployment cost might want to be low, yet wages as compared to GDP are at an all time low, so more effective everyone is operating for far less pay. i do not comprehend the way it really is inevitably a good component. The low unemployment cost also facilitates teach that immigrants at the instantaneous are not taking all "our" jobs. situations might want to be rich, yet ordinarily for the wealthiest parts of our inhabitants. would you're saying that the bombings in Europe were not attacks? i don't experience everyone is any safer on the instantaneous than we were on Sept. 10

First off, yes they did say that Iraq had links to Al-Quada and terrorism when they didn't. And it is wrong for anyone to think either of those lies. And where are your statistics or sources?

the media has for the most part, never even suggested that the US was every part of 9/11. It is a bunch of conspiracy theory people who like to bend science to fit their ideas. The media (mostly Fox news) did try to project the idea that Iraq was linked with terrorism. that is what the big problem is. but mostly I think both groups are a little wacko.

Maybe you are the one who is "gullible" and "uneducated"? Did you ever listen to the other side or did you just denounce it as crazy before they even tried?

9-11 truth consists of over 100 PHD professors, countless retired CIA/Military, Hollywood actors/directors, and, yes, 1st responders who are dying because they were told the air was safe to breath so Wall Street could get up and running by the end of the week. How many experts can you name that would put their name on that BS NIST report?

But you hold onto your fairy tale told by the government, I'm sure it helps you sleep at night;)

Democrats are so crazed with being out of power and so hungry to regain that they will say and do anything to get it back. Truth means nothing to them. They lust for power. Power over YOUR life and the power to get even deeper into your wallet. Hang onto your wallet if they get elected. And be ready for another attack on us. It will come because they will cut and run from the fight for our security. We are in a war for the future of our nation against murderers who want all of us dead. The Democrats will run from that. If you run from an enemy, he will follow you because you have demonstrated your weakness. Why Democrats and libs don't understand this is beyond me...

More liberal Democrats suffer from AHS(Advanced Hatred Syndrome) than people as a whole suffer from ignorance. And that is an astronomical figure.
