You would have to look at the credits and find the costume house if you wished to purchase the exact dress. If you wanted to copy it you would use a modifcation of a corsetless childs victorian dress. The sleeves are mae of fishnet, the poofs look to be sheer black taffetta, and the sress a wollen stripe more often used in suiting for flexibility. Good Luck.

it was just a thrift store dress. your best bet will be hot topic or after halloween sales. good luck!
