Four days after an elevated temperature (like 4/10 of a degree) and also when your mucus is dry you are most likely not fertile. For different women this occurs at different times. Generally I find this day to be at about at about day 17 after my last period, but of course it is different for every person. This is a great method for postponing pregnancy and requires no chemicals or artificial barriers. This is also the only form of birth control (if you need to call it that) that is approved by the catholic church, although many non-catholics use it.
When used correcty after taking a course in this method it is 99 percent effective.
