From you browser...
Internet Explorer
On the Top Bar,
Click "Tools - Internet Options - Delete Cookies - O K"
If it is just a simple cookie, then your done.
If it is SpyWare (Or a virus) you'll need to get
"SpyBot Search and Destroy" (See the link below.)
It works great and it is free.
I haven't used Netscape in so long that I forgot how to do it there.
But I rember that it was fairly easy.

For IE go to Tools then Internet options, then click on Delete Cookies, it will delete all unwanted cookies.

Stop eating them over your keyboard.
Seriously, in IE, go to Tools>Internet Options. Under Temporary Internet files, you can delete with great prejudice.

mcfee on aol yet do no longer USE IT the firewall will preclude you from using the internet completely, and it can't be got rid of as quickly as put in except you sparkling your equipment completely erasing all information.
