You best call a central heating engineer as it is against the law to tamper with it unless your qualified.

Is your gas on at your meter? If the boiler doesnt have a perminant pilot (a small flame that is alight all the time) It will click again and again to try and light the pilot when you turn on your heating. If your gas is off it will just continue to click. Like an ignition on a cooker. Also look under the gas fire you can see the boiler!

sounds like a gas problem is your gas fire working if it is its not a gas problem, try pushing the grey button on the front of the boiler that's behind the panel hold it in for 30 sec then push the button beside it keep holding in the grey button for about 30 sec,
if you ca,nt get it to light call a corgi reg plumber,PS i am one do,nt start working at it your self as you could blow up your house call the gas company

I work for a Natural Gas Company. Your best bet is to just call your local office and let them send out a trained technician. The gas company usually comes out for free to check out no heat calls, especially this time of year.

did you follow the instruction behind the face cover? You might have to phone an electrician to help you go through each step. Make sure the breaker switch is on as well.

Sounds like the gas valve or oil shut off is off. The clicking sound you hear is the spark ignition trying to light the burrner but no fule is there to light

If the pilot has gone out you may be able to relight it. Anything else you need to call a suitable heating plumber in.

Your pilot light has gone out - the little flame - you just need to re-ignite it for the heating to start! :D

Switch OFF the gas and buy yourself a little fan heater with a thermostat. It will keep you warm and snug.
