An xray will not show muscle, only bones and some soft tissue.
An MRI will show muscles.

no the xrays pass through the muscle tissue and bounce off the bone

AN RAY SHOWS ONLY DENSE OBJECTS AND /.OR CERTAIN SHADOWS IN THE LUNGS. MUSCLE TISSUE DOES NOT APPEAR UN AN X-RAY.
