its called "automatic on the fly".. i have one,.. you just listen to the motor and you can tell when to shift,.... first gear till 10mph then second till about 20mph then shift to third around 30 and then to fourth gear around 40,,.. mine has 5th gear .. stay in regular automatic on the high way will about 60-65 mph then shift into 5th gear .. 5th gear is to save gas.

just listen to your engine and you gauges... after a while it becomes second nature...

also your car has an auto shifter incase your not paying attention so you dont burn out your clutch, so maybe for the first try around drive normally and let the car autoshift so you get the idea when to shift.

*note - letting the car shift while in autoshifting doesnt hurt the gears or engine its designed to prevent burnouts

Pertty simple. But why don`t you have someone to show and teach you. That is a lot safer!!! Simply start the car with foot on brake. Select the gear you want to be in (Normaly R for reverse, and D for drive)take foot off the brake and slowly apply gas pedal. Now you be safe.
Have a fun day.

It's clutchless. Just up shift or down shift. Watch your tach and listen to your engine.
