i agree, I wouldn't want a liberal to cheat me out of my vote..

Sorry, I'll be away on a biz trip next week, so I've filled out my absentee ballot.

I've heard that in some states they're not counted unless the election is close enough where the absentee ballots could make a difference....not sure if that's true though.

Actually Absentee Voting is better because they will actually have a hard paper copy of your vote. I am not sure how many states will be using the electronic voting machines which if tampered with, will have no back up to verify the results.

I disagree. I participated in the last election as a poll observer, and got to know the local officials. Many things can effect electronic voting: power spikes, power outages, software failures, file transfer failures, etc.. The single best and most reliable way recommended to me was absentee ballot.

True there is more chance for fraud, but also more Republicans vote early. Do you think the news knew that?
