there are women in my workplace who have ascended to managerial positions, starting out as secretaries/assistants, with only a hs degree or an associates. men don't have that luck.
And besides, any word or stare can be considered harassment, making women untouchable in an office.

No way. Women are still payed less, promoted more slowly, and are STILL expected to run a household on their own even when they work.

yes i do, because employers are afraid to get sued for being bias against women, so they go out of their way to show them that they aren't.
