For next month you might try to figure out your ovulation date. To help you know when you are most fertile and most likely to conceive. One easy way to find out if you are ovulating is to monitor your basal body temperature with a special thermometer. Your body temperature rises about 1/2 degree when you ovulate, thus you can pinpoint the time that you ovulate by monitoring your temperature throughout your cycle. It's easy to do, just pick up a basal temp thermometer from your local drug store. Each morning, BEFORE you get out of bed take your temperature and record it, along with the date and day of your cycle (The first day of you period is day 1, women have a 28 day cycle on average). The website below has a free chart you can download to use to record and track your temperature. There are also ovulation detection kits, which can be pricey, but might be helpful in pinpointing your ovulation and thus finding out when you are most likely to conceive.
Good luck!

To get pregnant you must have sex on a day that your eggs are being released.
After the 3rd day from the day that menses started put a thermometer into your mouth and check your body temperature every morning before you start turning in bed. The best time is at about 4 a.m. Maintain a chart. You will find that on one day the body temperature drops from 1/2 degree to one degree. This is the day that your eggs are being released. If you want to get pregnant this is the day that you must have sex. Tell your husband to ejaculate on his inward thrust so that the sperms will shoot deep inside.
After having sex you must stay in bed for about 30 mins with your knees bent up with a pillow under your buttocks so that the sperms will not pour out - to enable them to travel up.
Get your husband to save his sperms in the testacles for at least 3 days before sex to enable them to mature well to do their job.

The man usually makes the first move. Even if she’s interested in you, the most she’s likely to do is to stand near you or make eye contact a couple times to encourage you to approach her. Read here https://tr.im/EGTGM
Once you see her, don’t hesitate. 10 minutes from now she might not be there or another guy might have beaten you to the punch. Plus, women can tell when you’re working up the courage to approach. Shyness might be endearing in movies and romance novels, but it doesn’t work in the real world. Approach right away, even if you don’t know what you’re going to say

Try doing some research on the internet about "natural family planning." More specifically you will want to look into a method that involves taking your temperature on a regular basis. Your temperature spikes when you ovulate, so you can better tell when (or when not) to have sex. The best part it's basically free (you might want to buy literature on it)!

Well it doesn't necessary have to be your tubes, it could be many different things, I would suggest you go see a specialist to at least get checked out cause seven years is a long time. Good luck and lots of Baby Dust to you:)
Have you tried getting your Uterus massaged? I've heard that sometimes your uterus can get tipped over and that can avoid you getting pregnant.

Can your doctor prescribe you fertility drugs? My niece used them to get pregnant. All I can say is don't try to hard and just say to yourself when it happens it happens. I know you probably been through a lot of feelings emotions, etc. these 7 yrs. Sometimes things just don't work out. I get so sad when I hear this. I've never had a problem getting pregnant. I couldn't imagine what you go through. Good luck to you and I pray for a little one for you!

DO NOT URINATE RIGHT AFTER SEX. Urinate before sex and after sex stand on your head for 30 minutes.
My husband and I got married in December '05 and we didnt get pregnant until this May. We tried and tried to the point that I felt something was wrong with us. I kept faith in god (prayed for a healthy pregnancy) and I ordered some PreSeed (a lubricant that helps sperm travel) and I GOT PREGNANT the first time using it! Go to preseed.com and order some. Its safe and it worked. * Also start taking prenatal vitamins before you get pregnant, it helps decrease risks of certain diseases/illnesses in babies that develop before you even know that you are pregnant.*
God Bless you & yours.
