I usually book directly through Disney World website. I book the resort & get admission tickets through them. You can save money and not rent a car by using the Disney's Magical Express. (you have to be staying on Disney property) they pick you up at the airport (they even get your luggage FOR you) and take you to the resort.
I don't book my flights with them, I have found it cheaper to go directly to my favorite airline and book with them. I then call Disney Travel with my flight info. (they need this to make the arrangements for your transportation and luggage pickup).
The past 2 years I have gone in September. Around March or April, they offered the Disney Dining Plan for FREE if you go in September. Well, for 2 people the dining plan for 5 nights would cost about $370.oo , we got it for free! Is the dining plan worth paying for? The past 2 years my son & I have gone and both times I added up what our meals "cost" and both times the bill would have been over $450.oo. So even if we had to pay for the Dining Plan, it would have been a savings. Of course, on the dining plan we were able to eat at some of the nicer places that we probably would not have spent the money to go to. (we would have survived on burgers & fries- lol)
In 2004, we went for 10 days and we started to run low on cash. We decided to "share meals". It worked out really well. Saved money AND calories!!
You can always contact a travel agent, get a quote, and then see if you can do better by searching the web for deals yourself. I have done this a couple of times.
AAA is also pretty good with deals, if you have a membership there.

You can save money by purchasing your park tickets at AAA or a local Disney Store. If you are looking for an all-inclusive vacation, you'll want to book with a travel agent or Disney directly.

i'm making plans a similar holiday to Disney and the only genuine value mark downs obtainable that I even have found are by way of AAA/CAA. That being pronounced, while you're staying on the hotel, its no longer very a lot. i found it to be a lot extra decrease priced to stay off the hotel so we in basic terms bought tickets interior the process the CAA internet site. The tickets ended up being approximately $40 extra decrease priced for adults and $30 for babies. Its no longer an insignificant quantity of money, yet its no longer very much. The bargains for time-honored studios have been extra helpful yet that park is in all probability somewhat previous to your daughter. you should be a AAA/CAA member to get the bargains, in spite of the indisputable fact that it is going to pay for it self notwithstanding in case you in basic terms use it for value mark downs. i found some sturdy lodges on the CAA internet site besides. yet once you rather call the lodges to e book, you are able to usually negotiate a decrease fee (I did).

Go straight to the Disney page, and try one of the value resorts. They are cheap, clean and with all the benefits for the others (unless the rooms and the character diners)

Try the Auto Club (AAA). Go during the off season. Stay in the more economical resorts.

They have a list of available discounts. Disney vaca prices are pretty stable- if you find a great deal it is most likely a scam.
