You should be able to replace the memory with no problem. Just follow the manual on Dell's website (link below). Make sure you get the correct kind of memory to replace it. Just take the old memory into a computer shop and they should be able to match it.

yes, but make sure you get the right memory for it. taking it out and taking it to a Maplin store would be a good idea. They have good technical staff and stock most things.

your computer has a virus
this it a cold ... you have not bean looking after her have you
keeping it in cold office's and not taking it out for walks

please scan it of virus,spam,bad stuff
eating your memory

then look after her
keep her warm and snug
stay off the porn of at least a week

if its still under warranty then ask dell if not then call geeks on call or somebody that works on computer for all components are small and very fragile...
