Stop wasting you time looking. There's a new theory that seems to be very widely accepted that if you can't find it, it never existed. This was first used to explain that WMD never existed because they haven't been found. It's a comforting little theory. I use it a lot now when I think I've lost something.

where can a toddler go? Look down and under(possibly the trash can). Remember, children emulate us. What were you doing today? In what way could a toddler attempt to copy that? Check his favorite snoozing spot.

Try under his pillow, toddlers love to hide things. Also try under his bed and between the couch covers. I remember one time finding it in the garbage pail complements of a toddler :)

my toddler was notorious for this to you i sympathize. she usually hid it under furniture or under couch cushions the deep area. worst cases it was under her bed. now that she is older my husband showed me they now have remote finders at sharperimage.com they also carry other finders for things like keys etc. these would seem to come in very handy with a toddler in the house. good luck my other advice is always keep a spare universal remote in your dresser drawer that was my trick.

Check the toybox and low places. Could be anywhere as toddlers get around. When my husband and I couldn't locate the car keys, we suspected our toddler. We found them beneath the Christmas tree. Good luck and thanks for bringing back that memory.

In the toy box, under the cushions onthe couch, in bed with him, under the bed, in any favorite cubby holes. Most likely somewhere in his room. Good luck!!!

i would look in the comode if the toddler is big enough to get into the bath room and he may have already flushed it.
