"waiting" by green day
it's been a little while since i played it, but i'm pretty sure the chords are: A, D, Bm, D (barre chords)
and then the chorus goes something like: F#5, F+, E, B (open chords)
then it moves quickly between A and D (still barre chords)
and the interlude is like: A, Dsus2, Bsus, Dsus2 ("Bsus" not a barre chord)

jsut play around with the progressions...dont do "classic rock" songs, all of them suck C G D C G Am F F C Bb D A G G D Em, C G D in basic terms effortless progressions bar chords are troublesome on the start, yet you will get the dangle of them, take it sluggish and prepare, dont be afraid in case you get blisters, they'll replace into callouses quickly adequate
