Seriously - it is starting to make me paranoid, the number of times I catch a woman "looking down" when I talk to them, and I can't tell if it's because my fly is open, or if I have a bulge, mayby my pant fronts need ironing - I just don't know.
Do a lot of women look down at the crotch to see what is doing, the way guys check out a woman's breasts? Do you do it as regularly?

Sure I've done it and for the same reasons as men checking out a woman's breasts. I don't do it all the time... usually only if I find the guy physically attractive.

I don't think I've ever checked out a guys crotch before .. lol .. I wouldn't want them to catch me looking I guess ... plus I really don't think you can see too much from a guys bulge ... and personally I'd rather check out the cute chick next to you with huge boobs too ... boobs are way more fun to look at then a guys crotch .. lol .. !

Yes, but I don't stare.
Just curiosity about what's underneath those pants. I would definitely say it is similar to men checking out women's breasts.
