I loved their show. I found this on wikipedia:

In July 2005, Jo announced that she had signed a new solo recording deal with Sanctuary Records, the label behind acts such as Morrissey, KISS and Megadeth. Her debut single, "What Hurts the Most", was released on 26 September 2005, followed a week later by her album, Relentless, getting disappointing charts results along the UK and Europe Charts, getting in the UK the #47 and in Ireland the #152. She has already performed at various roadshows in the UK alongside the likes of Lemar, Girls Aloud and her old bandmate Rachel Stevens.

Bradley is currently starring in MTV's new show Totally Boyband, where is part of a boyband made up of ex-pop group

Jon Lee worked on a number of other musical projects before returning to the stage and starred in BBC's The Sound of Musicals on Saturday nights. He is currently back starring in Les Miserables as Marius at the Queens Theatre

Paul vanished into obscurity until early 2005 when he re-emerged as the lead singer and songwriter of a rock band called Charlie Bullitt. Throughout most of 2005 the group have performed in a number of clubs and pubs in such places as London, Brighton and Aberdeen - but so far they have failed to attract any significant attention. However, in October 2005 Paul left the group on friendly terms.

Tina recorded a FHM charity cover for Rod Stewart's hit song Da Ya Think I'm Sexy?.

In February 2006 it was revealed that Hannah had landed a lead role in a brand new ITV series called Primaeval. Hannah will play the role of Abby Maitland, the assistant to the time travelling Professor Nick Cutter (played by Douglas Henshall). Filming began in March 2006 and the series is expected to be screened in early 2007.

Rachel Stevens spent the first few months of 2006 in Los Angeles in preparation for launching an acting career. According to Stevens, she is working with the William Morris Agency, one of the largest acting agencies in the world and she has been seen visiting the same acting class that Brad Pitt used to attend

First Paul Cattermole left in March 2002 to form a different group - very different from S Club 7.

S Club 7 continued on but as "S Club". Their fourth album only made the Top 20 on the charts. In April 2003, the group starred in the movie "Seeing Double" and denied rumours they were splitting up. However they soon announced the release of one last single, the double-a side, "Love ain't gonna wait for you" with "Say goodbye" alongside a greatest hits album entitled "Best".

Hannah Spearitt has starred in the movies "Agent Cody Banks 2: destination London" and "Seed of Chucky". Rachel Stevens launched her solo career in 2003 and has already released two albums and five singles, and is working on her third solo album.

Jo O'Meara released her first single in 2005 which debuted in the top 20. She is currently working on her second solo album. Tina Barrett is working on her solo album.

Jon Lee has performed in West End shows and Bradley McIntosh is said to be in the progress of producing and recording his solo effort.

Jo has recently been seen on the controversial Big Brother reality TV program. Bradley was to been seen on a MTV program called Totally Boy band(which was a failure which the band members refused to believe therefore continue in hope). Hannah is now a "star" in the cast of an ITV production called Primevil ( Jurassic Park only cheaper). As for the others they are probably doing what is wise and keeping out of the spotlight with their fortunes!

Some people just have a hard time handling "First Fame".
Too much money too fast, combined with lack of talent and other variables doom some acts from the get-go. Case in point.., Britney... what a mess. Too bad.
