I assume you mean the ten commandments?
Yes, hundreds of millions follow such a lifestyle, regardless of race, religion or location.
I consider myself to be a Christian, but my faith was shaken when I lost my family to my wife's lust. However, I have not let it shake my integrity. I treat each person like they are my best friend, until they show me cause to do otherwise. I never lie, cheat or steal anything. I conduct my personal and professional life as I wish everyone else would.
I may never become rich, because of this, but I will be remembered well by my friends and business partners.
You are correct, even though it appears we may reside on opposite sides of the isle, integrity, respect, and honesty are sadly lacking in society today. But I bellieve that the vast majority do conduct themselves well. I have to, or what are we trying to save?

Your question and commentary are so ridiculous that the question is difficult to answer. First of all, when you keep referring to "10 rules", I assume you're talking about The Ten Commandments. People who believe in these "rules" try to follow them because God instructed them to do so. Christians believe that life on Earth is merely a brief dress rehearsal, and that their reward for following these rules and accepting Jesus as their Lord and Savior is eternal happiness. Seems like a darn good deal to me! Would you trade 70 or 80 years of following 10 rules for an eternity of unimaginable joy?

Wow. Did somebody sleep with your wife and steal your money?
I have to admit I don't follow all of those "ten rules", however I do try to follow a few of them, like not stealing, or sleeping with my friends wives. It tends to make people angry.
I also thought it was organized religion who wants you to believe those rules. Anyone who thinks that politicians follow them is crazy, I agree with you there.
And finally, thank God I'm not your wife or one of your friends.

Are you talking about the ten commandments? If so I don't see how you derive poverty out of them. To me they are a personal guide to a higher standard of living, I have a conscience.
