I havent a clue what your are asking... are we talking about astronomy terms? Elevation and declination? Or are you asting about Lattitude and Longitude?

The circumference around the earth is 25,000 miles and the diameter(straight through) is about 8,000 miles. In my opinion, God created the heavens and the Earth and the sun and moon are in that category.
