Oh...do I have a suggestion for you.
Give her a month off of all household duties. No cooking, no cleaning, no laundry...nothing! You take over all the duties without complaining!
If my husband did that for me, I would make him the happiest man on earth!

Breakfast in bed, and the rest of the day together doing whatever you enjoy that is just the two of you together. For most couples the thing they lack the most is time together relaxing rather than doing boring or practical things. Maybe take a really long walk, watch a film, fly a kite. Like when you first get together an it doesn't matter what you're doing as long as you're together. If you want her to actually have something maybe put together a photo album or scrapbook of all those things that remind you of your favourite times together.

One of the best presents my husband ever gave me was a day of pampering by him.
He put my favorite movie on and put my feet in some warm water to soak, brought me a cup of tea and popcorn and gave me his version of a pedicure (meaning he did the best he could) he made me eggs and toast for breakfast, soup and sandwich for lunch, dinner he ordered out (he truly doesn't know how to cook). He gave me a massage, read to me out of a book I was reading. Cleaned the whole house, while I soaked in the tub. He just made me feel special. He presented it in a letter saying how he wanted to pamper me for a day that we would have to choose, because we already had plans for Christmas.
I hope this inspires you....
Your wife is a lucky woman! A gift from the heart is always better than one that money can buy.

I am not going to answer this question because Royalhinny has hit the nail on the head. Make her a home made voucher detailing the chores you are going to do. If you can cook, make the christmas lunch as well.

Well I think a coupon book is a good idea. And no I don't mean the kind you get at the grocery store. I mean the kind you make . DO things in the booklet like "good for one free dishwashing* (women love men that do chores, it is very sexy!) Also if you are good at writing, you can write her a poem, or a song. Or you can print off a bunch of love poems and put them together and make a book yourself. That's about as far as my ideas go LOL

A Book of Coupons that you make that she can reddem for things such as Making Dinner or Taking an Afternoon off for Just herself and taking time away from the kids (If that is the situation). They can be intimate (massages) to sexual or doing things like housecleaning that you know she does not really want to do but would appreciate you doing for her. Do these things whole heartedly and lovingly! Good Luck! Liss

What about making her a book with all your memories of your time together starting from Day 1. You could stick in photographs and any little souveneirs you may have collected. I did something similar for my dads 60th birthday and he said it was the nicest present anyone could ever have given him. Good Luck

Make her a book of vouchers. Include things like 'two kisses', 'one cup of tea', ' foot massage' etc. Tell her she can redeem her vouchers as and when she feels like it and you will be only too willing to oblige.
Just noticed everyone else has the same idea!! Can you paint? If not, do you have a friend who can? Why not have her portrait done?
Merry christmas!!

Making something with your own two hands would be the best gift you could give me if you were my hubby..smiles. If you know how to use wood, nails and a hammer go for it..smiles. How about sculpting a nic nac with clay?? Do you know how to knit or crochet?? Make her, her own special blanket, throw..etc. Well I hope this helped...Good Luck in your hunt for the perfect Christmas gift for your wife..smiles.
