hunny its not easy at first, especially if you develop early. develop rapidly becoming nicely endowed before you even start your period then your period starts and your boobs grow even faster and then just when you think its safe you hit a second puberty,,, this happen to the girl i baby sit and is becoming more common
so its important teach your girls not to fear or feel shame when they grow but to understand they are not alone and that learning to measure the proper bra size is an important 1st step in growing into big boobs
1. Band Measurement:
- Take a snug measurement around your rib cage, under your bust and shoulder blades.
- Add 5 inches. Example: 30" + 5" = 35"
2. Determine Even Band Size:
- If you get an even number in Step 1, this is your Band Size.
- If you get an odd number in Step 1 (like 35), round up one (to 36) to get your Band Size.
Example: 35" + 1" = 36"
3. Bust Measurement:
- With bra on and clothes off, take a loose measurement around the fullest part of your bust.
Example: 40"
4. Determine Cup Size:
- Subtract Band Measurement (from Step 1) from Bust Measurement (from Step 3).
Example: 40" - 35" = 5"
- Use the chart below to determine your Cup Size:
Example: 5" = DD Cup
If difference is:
0" 1" 2" 3" 4" 5" 6" 7" 8" 9" 10"
Then cup size is:

Band size: Using a soft tape-measure, measure around the ribcage directly under the bust. Be sure the tape is smooth across the back and level with the front.
Add 5 to this measurement to obtain your band size.
For example: If your ribcage measurement is 29" + (5) = 34" band size. If the resulting band size is an odd number like 33", you can usually go to the next even band size (34").
Cup size: Measure loosely around the fullest part of your bust, holding the tape measure straight but not tight. Subtract your band size from this measurement.
The result would be YOUR REGULAR BRA SIZE. If the difference is
less than 1 inch to 1 inch = A cup
2 inches = B cup
3 inches = C cup
4 inches = D cup
5 inches = DD cup

It is hard to do your bust measurement alone, so I would ask a friend to help or go to a department store bra department for help from a sales person or bra fitter. The two measurements you will need are just below your bust line around your ribcage and around the fullest part of your bust line. The difference between these two measurements is your cup size and the first measurement is your band size. See the resource I posted below to determine your bra size from your measurements.
Many women are not the traditional bra sizes that department stores carry and thankfully there are several online stores that carry specialty bra sizes if you need them.

you measure around your chest below your breasts, then measure around you breasts at the fullest part, the difference is your cup size
A-1-2inches
B-2-3 inches
C- 3-4 inches
D- 4-5inches
DD-5-6 inches
so if you have 36 around your chest and 39 around your boobs you are a 36C, and Playtex makes bras called minimizers that will help make you look smaller

run down to local walmart try on all bras you like pick the one that fits best. me i like the bare and natural i never wear a bra and most of the time no panties.
