There are successful ones out there although it is very hard to concieve after. Also, alot of Doctors dont do it because it is a ton more tricky than getting them ties. It really depends on whether you had them burned cut tied ETC. Ask you Doctor what he thinks would be best. I tried a couple of years ago and my Doctor told me no and refered me to another one who also said no. Sorry I couldnt help more.

Many women who want to become pregnant again after a tubal ligation are over 35 years of age and want to know what their chances are of having another baby. Although doctors often give pessimistic opinions about this, the Tubal Reversal Study at Chapel Hill Tubal Reversal Center gives encouring news for these women. Among women age 35-39, the pregnancy rate was 58% and for women 40 and older the pregnancy rate was 40%. Although these rates are lower than for younger women, they show that as long as a woman is still ovulating, pregnancy is still possible regardless of age.

Hi, Everyone.
Dr. Gary Berger has performed more than 5000 tubal reversal procedures. Pregnancy rates vary depending on a woman's age, type of sterilization, and the amount of tube remaining. Fortunately, however, Dr. Berger is able to repair the tubes in 98% of cases, including those where the tubes have been burned. The surgery takes one hour to perform and is done on an outpatient basis with no overnight hospital stay required.
Although the natural fertility rate does decline somewhat as we age, it is still possible to become pregnant if you are ovulating and having periods. The average age of a patient at Chapel Hill Tubal Reversal Center is between 34 - 44.

It does depend on how they were tied, and how much if any was removed and other factors. But you would have to discuss that with a Dr that unties tubes. I had mine untied in May of this year after them being tied for 6 years and have been trying to get pregnant ever since. I got pregnant last month and it ended in a miscarriage 2 weeks ago. My doctor told me that at least we know that I can get pregnant now. But not everyone gets pregnant after having them untied. So I would get the surgical report from the hospital that you had them tied at and then see a doctor and he can tell you if he thinks it is possible.
Good Luck and Best Wishes

Depends on how they were done...if they were severed and burned no.
My cousin had hers tied at 21, after the birth of her son because she had cancer and they said that the chemo would cause birth defects. 10 years later (31) they gave her the all clear and untied them....she had two more sons after that.
Even if the reversal is a success....time is not on your side. You may not be able to get pregnant based on your age. Fertility is greatest in the 20s and goes down a little in the 30s (25% each month) drops even more in the 40s.

You still have a chance. My aunt had hers untied at the age of 35 and got pregnant within a year.
Please visit this doctor: Dr. Richard Levin and his website will give you all the info on it.. Go to http://www.babies-by-levin.com
He is the very best doctor in the world in my opinion. Read about all the women that have had babies after getting their tubes untied. He also has a payment plan. Don't wait check him out and good luck

I think it depends on how it was done and how much scar tissue there is. A friend of mine had her tubes untied in June and is about 2 months pregnant. There is a higher chance of a tubal pregnancy.
