Why do they try to protect terrorists and criminals before protecting average Americans?

Interesting question. I have often wondered about this myself. I usually get my answer deleted whenever I discuss what I think the demsdo, It is obvious that they look over everything the terrorists do to us. There has to be a reason, but again, I can't tell my thoughts about it.. but it's time America wake up and see what they are doing. Thank God for smart people who have enough brains to see the truth...

The Dems are protective? We have lived under a terrorist President for almost two terms now. I thought the Dems were trying to protect us from terrorists by running against the terrorists seeking office. Average Americans have no rights, havent you read the Patriot Act?

Its not that they're are putting the average American on an un-even scale as terrorists, its that democrats are trying to follow the Constitution. Our Constitution states everyman is equal and also has the right to a trial before jury, when a suspected terrorist is captured by American forces they are property of the United States, this makes the Constitution valid to them.

They are not "so protective of terrorist rights". They are protective of HUMAN rights across the board. That does not mean supporting the actions of the individuals being protected.

Because some day that average American may be accused (rightly or wrongly) of being a criminal or terrorist.

they don't protect terrorists and nothing hannity says changes that. they do try to protect HUMAN rights, and our image abroad. all humans should be entitled to know why they are being detained, have defense counsel and to not be tortured, period. if you can't understand that then you're as much a terrorist as them.

If you had any type of common sense, you wouldn't have asked that question. Why is it w/you conservatives to be so blatantly stupid? Our constitution has a clause that defines HUMAN RYGHTS!
