going online to find someone to date is very very dangerous...here's a true story....this girl really loved IM so she made it to where everyone could c her so millions of ppl could talk to her....well she found this one guy who regularly IM'd her...and he asked her where she lived what she did on school days and found out tons of personal info...well one day when the girls and her parents where at home a police officer came to their door and told the girl that she needed to delete her IM name and get a new one...becos she has given out tons and tons of her personal information and he was the one who had been Im'ming her...anyone can b on those sites and if u give out too much personal info they could find u...it's extrememly unsafe to be on sites like that...plus i personally think that 13 is way too young to b even thinking about dating

Honestly there is nothing like that for teens. Teens that age are not woried about dating or shouldn't be worried about dating at that age. If you are a teen and looking for a mate, you have time, finish school and get your life straight first. If you are an adult trying to get with a teen, I suggest you seek some help before you end up in jail, on T.V. being caught, and/or on the sexual predator list.

I don't want to be the one to give the parent answer and say you don't need to be dating before you are old enough to drive yourself to the date, but I guess someone has to. Date at school. The benefit of dating sites is that you connect with people that you wouldn't normally have the opportunity to meet. In other words, they are people that don't live in your subdivision, and don't go to your school. You don't have your own transportation to take you anywhere else, so for now, you should stick with what you've got. You'll be 16 soon enough, and you can start dating kids from other schools. I know it feels like dating is really important right now, and actually, it is somewhat important. You can learn relationship and social skills early on and be more prepared for relationships when you're older. What I'm saying is, by all means date, but... also have patience

teens that age should be focused on school work, not dating people who may or may not be as old as they say they are. If a teen want's to date someone their own age they can meet them at school or extra curricular events.

No offense, but I wouldn't mess around with that at this age; maybe when you get older, but there are way too many ****** up people nowadays (pedophiles) and others "posing" as kids for their own sick pleasure. I would definately stick to your school, and be careful.
