Hiatal hernia?

anyone every had chest or arm pain nausea or neck pain anxiety
i have had 2 ekgs and a chest xray
it is like a backwards J in my chest to the left or a line of pain
can anxeity make it worse

if your ekgs and xrays were normal, it is likely that anxiety is what is causing the pain. The anxiety causes panic attacks. I've had them so severe that I was certain I was having another heart attack, and having had one I know well what they are like. My doctor prescribed xanax, and while the medicine doesn't completely rid me of panic attacks, they are not nearly so bad as that anymore.
