Dinner will be at my house & yes - I have started shopping for dinner. I start picking up things when they go on sale that will keep until Thanksgiving: yams & marshmellows, brown sugar, stuff for pies, cool whip (I can put that in the freezer), canned veggies, etc. It depends on if we will deep fry our turkey or not as to the size that we will get. If I cook it in the oven - the biggest one I can find, if we deep fry - only about a 14 pounder.

I'm going to tonight, only going to be 4 of us so I am getting the smallest turkey I can find cuz I only like to eat turkey once a year. I just bought a new house so it will be at my place this year my old house was way too small.

I am going over to my father in laws. We picked apples two weeks ago for a pie. That is all we need to do this year.
