I had a miscarriage in july and got pregnant again and am doing just fine. The dr said that sometimes these things just happen. and that I'd be fine if I wanted to try again.

Hey, talk to a doctor about why the misscarriage happened. Try to get a doctor who specializes in high risk pregnancies, because the more knowledge you have about what happened, the better.

Just for a little hope for you - I misscarried 5 times before I had a beautiful daughter. Don't give up hope. I know it's scary.

It's hard to say. Nearly ever woman who has unprotected sex has a miscarriage at some point. Sometimes it just happens. I wouldn't even worry about the next pregnancy miscarrying. There are some physical conditions that can contribute to miscarriage, so you may want to talk to your doctor about whether you have any of those.

i had a miscarriage last year and i haven't tried to get pregnant because i think that will happen again plus i had problems during my pregnancy with my son.
I know my mom had a miscarriage at 6 weeks but she became pregnant again with my little sister like a month after that happened.
I would say the chances of having a repeat miscarriage is maybe 50/50
I wish you luck and so sorry for your loss

I have a Friend who had 3 miscarriages and then had a healthy baby. I have a Friend who had 1 miscarriage and then had a healthy baby. I think it is up to you to let nature take it's course. You want a healthy baby correct? Be glad your body knows the difference and except the fact it may take a few tries. God Bless.
