I have windows xp, but it won't let me log onto it because it's not activated and I can't activate. So the only other option I have would be to install Linux XP? Does anyone have Linux Xp? How well does it work? Thanks

Linux XP certainly isn't your only other option. It's based on the Linux operating system, but there are many other types of Linux operating systems. My personal favorite and the OS that I run is Ubuntu.

There is no Linux XP, Linux is the name of the company and Fedora Core (with a version number eg. 6) is an example of the software. It is great, I have used it before. Best of all it is free and can be used by all. Plus you can easily fix it, yourself.
You can get "Mozilla" which is the same as the internet, "open office" instead of "Word" and you can get "Thunderbird" instead of outlook.

Hope this helps! : )
