Uh, I'm pretty sure that it is not society's job to provide for your sexual needs. I would suggest using the two hands God gave you, especially since it is obvious you won't be getting any for free.

I suppose for you that would be a problem. Attraction women with that kind of attitude must really be difficult. You are probably living proof that evolution works. If you have trouble having sex, there is a good chance that you won't reproduce. If your attitude is inherent, there will be less like you in the future.

Maybe educate men on how to get a non-repugnant personality so females will speak to them. But in your case, success might be unlikely so the other recommendations for hand jobs probably is your best bet.

its not considered prostitution to go to a club or bar get her drunk and take her to a hotel! it is also probably cheaper!
