Why do people keep saying this? A baby can't survive without someone taking care of it, so should it be legal to kill a baby?
And people say it's ok to abort a baby before it has a heartbeat. Do you even know when that it? It's like 6 weeks after conception. How many people actually have an abortion that early?

I liked the yawn response. Sounds like one of our politicians. Good questions you're bringing up. There's a lot of confusion out there and most of it is from a society that wants to believe that abortion is no big deal. But it is a matter of life and death and it does concern the most helpless members of our society.
In answer to your question the noble and respected abortion "doctors" do have to wait a bit more than 6 weeks before they can suck the little ones out and harvest their bodies to medical and pharmaceutical laboratories.

It is not a baby it is a fetus. A fetus is not viable (meaning it can't breathe on it's own) outside of the woman. If you disagree with abortion then don't have any. Don't try an inhibit someone else's decisions and life based on your personal beliefs. Abortion is a personal and medical decision and that is solely for the woman carrying the fetus to decide wether she wants to keep it. And further more it interesting that you are against abortion considering as a male you will never get pregnant. If you want to say that women should keep their legs closed and they won't end up in the position to have an abortion, I say SHOW ME A MAN WHO WILL KEEP IS DICK IN HIS PANTS AND I WILL SHOW YOU A WOMAN WHO WILL KEEP HER LEGS CLOSED. Oh but that would mean that men would have to be responsible for their actions right? I hate to rant but this kind of thing just burns me up. I personally would not have an abortion, I personally don't believe that it is right for me so I will not and have not ever had an abortion in my lifetime, however, I will not inhibit someone else from doing so for whatever reason. That is what being pro-choice is about. According to the census beaureu 75% of of pro-choice believers do not believe in the act of abortion just the right to choose it. What kind of life can you have without a choice. Next thing we as woman will be forced to have a certain amount of children.

well, you aren't really supposed to have an abortion after 3 months, so i'd imagine LOTS of people have one before the baby reaches 6 weeks! I don't have a problem with abortion. To me, a fetus is not a person, since it cannot survive on it's own. some may disagree, and that's fine. everyone is entitled to their own opinion, and you souldn't try to force your ideas down other peoples throats.

If the fetus cannot BREATHE with out a host, then it isn't a living, breathing human.
After the child is born and can survive without a host, if the caregiver abandons the child then, yes that is murder because it was a living, breathing human being.
If you are ever poor and your birthcontrol failed, your views may be different.
This subject is a personal choice. You just choose to be pro life. I choose to be pro choice.

what about the people like Terri Shiavo who couldn't live of her respirator and other machines? She was alive and left to die. Was this murder?
