Where is the best place for 20-something couples to move to?

My boyfriend and I are in our 20's and currently live in Kansas. We're wanting to move somewhere "exciting" while we're still young. We like warm weather and being outside. We'd like a place where the cost of living is somewhat reasonable. The more things there are to do, the better. I am in marketing, and he is a student, so there would need to be a university near by. Any suggestions?

i live in SC ( don't come here ) its horrible, me and my husband are in our early 20's, Pennsylvania actually has some pretty affordable nice areas and the cool thing about it is your near NYC and Philie, i know you said you wanted warm but i think there are better neighborhoods up north
