Is there flavouring in the milk that makes it taste like premium coffee. When I asked for coffee at McDonald's, the server wanted to add the milk instead of giving me the little contains to add myself. I was just wondering if the milk is were they add the artifical coffee flavour.

they use a higher qualaty coffee bean. the price hasnt changed....in fact soon it will be free on mondays (rolling her eyes) yes now we offer to put the cream and sugar in for you. Its simply the point of doing something extra for the customer. the coffee is much better than it used to be and the cream is good..
