How can I print a picture in 4 pages?

I am trying to print a picture in 4 pages that will fit a poster that is 19" wide and 12.5" height. It there a way I can print that picture in 4 pages.

Using your photo printing program, first resize the image to custom and specify 19 w x 12.5 h, then quarter it and move the quarters to new files and print the sections onto photo paper. Depending on whether you want a gap on the poster between images you could oversize or undersize your quartered section and use a photo slicer to cut the image. If you're using software that has altered image features you might want to create a tonal color for each section sort of Warhol style. Good luck.
