If the public could see you then it is public. If you had sex in your garage with the door open that would public even though it is on your private property.

Speaking from in depth personal experience, a car parked on your private property is private property and you can perform visible sex acts. This isn't to say the police won't ask you to cease and desist but theoretically you can perform them.
Sex acts in a car in public property or on the private property of others is defined as lewd and lecivious behavior; public nudity and quite possibly sodomy. You can be ticketed, arrested or both.
FYI this means interstates and other public roadways as well so the driving hummer, while great, means you have to watch your speed and no toll booths

if the car is parked in someone's drive, preferably your own, then it's private. Anywhere else would be considered public. If you are considering a somewhat sheltered act of exhibitionism, I would recommend picking the parking lot of a small business building that's not facing a main road and is less likely to have a roving security guard.

It depends on whether or not third parties can see you all performing the act. If you are concealed and not in view of others then it would be a private act. Otherwise, it's public.

If you've got curtains on the windows, it's private. If passersby can see into the car, it's public. Except in the UK. Everybody and their dog is having sex in public. Guess it's because all the queers do. It's called "dogging". Do it all you want. Cops look the other way.

public place, unless it is secluded in a garage or something where no person can witness what is going on inside. It's when you are parked out in the open it becomes a public place.

completely genuine, i found out once I left domicile for greater then in basic terms a month or 2.. there is particularly no such place that would make you sense like domicile different than your homeland or usa.
