north carolina is by far the cheapest!! only $2 a pack, $20 a carton. find a friend in NC and have them mail cartons to you, thats what i do haha

Hang out at funeral homes and ask widows and widowers if you can have what's left of their spouses last carton.
Or you could hang out at cancer treatent centers or pulmonary rehab labs or cardiac rehab labs and ask the lung cancer and emphysema and heart disease patients if you can have what's left of their cartons.
Or maybe Home Depot where they sell would and nails for coffins ...
Or maybe at the male impotency treatment centers ...

Smoking is a terrible addiction and you should be looking for sites that can help you quit. It is better for your health!

I don't know where you live, but my nephew goes to New Hampshire to buy them. Cheapest in New England.

don't buy them online .... the taxman will catch up with you (eventually) ...... not worth it!
