There is no sure fire way to get rid of moles. Actually moles are a benefit to your yard. They are eating the grubs that eat your grass and they are aerating your soil. When the food supply is gone the moles will be gone.

put moth balls in the holes, and around the edges of your yard, and in flower beds...this also wards off snakes.
