You don't. Why would you want to? FAT32 is limiting - maximum file size is 4GB - NTFS has no realistic maximum file size.

You can partition the drive in two, each partition less than 32 GB and then format it as FAT32.

Or you can do it from a 98 or Me system.

why do you need fat32 if your operating system is win xp? i dont think that is a good idea

if you really want that file system go to the help file and search for convert if I was you I would use ntfs
