Some people can and do rent suites in Las Vegas for $40,000 a night while some kids in Darfur are too weak from hunger they can't brush flies off their face.

So this is sort of what a person would call his/her "prerogative" when it comes to staying in an outrageously priced suite in Las Vegas or taking some of those funds and helping the needy (worldwide, not just Darfur - in fact, in the U.S. for starters).

It is obscene, but what's worse is the fact that funds are being sent to Darfur and the officials THERE are not distributing the money and/or goods properly (as has been the case with most charitable distributions/causes).

It is certainly unGodly. When they are in the casinos they are out of God's will, which does not help the hungry children. But everyoe gets their just due in the final days. God bless you for thinking like you do.

Close to obscene. That's for sure. I've always said that if I won the lottery I'd donate some to charity. :)

yes, it's really indignating, and they should just know better than spending their money so loosely, when they could use it more constructively.
