I am referring to the ad for comfort fabric conditioner and the rag doll pretending to be someone like Witney Houston or Diana Ross (not sure which). She sings a bit of a song and I just cannot get a single word - it's driving me mad!!!

its a song by carla thomas and its called comfort me try googling her name or the song name good luck
