In the PC game City of Villains - Where and how do you Respec?

In the PC Game City of Villains, how and where can you do a respec? I'm lvl 27 and I haven't come across anything that will allow me to do this.

There is a contact in Nerva that gives the respec mission (his name escapes me but he looks just like a CoT demon lord and is located on the east side of the map) Ask ingame and im sure someone will direct you to him.

The respec trial has 3 missions:

1. Defeat 25 CoT (Circle of Thorns). Best place to do this quicky is Cap Au Diabo

2. A indoor mission

3. A cave mission on Thorn Island. Here you must make your way to the CoT Tree and defeat it. When you get to that area there will be a counter with a number of vines you must defeat first. After you defeat them then you have to defeat the Tree (which is an arch-villian)

If you succeed, a menu will pop up and the first option is a character respecification. the other options are single origin enhancements. Make sure you pick the character respecification. It will then say that you have a respec available.

When you want to use it, visit Arbitor Lupis in Nerva (he is right next to the leveling arbitor) If all goes as planned, a menu will come up and you can re-pick your powers and reslot them.
