You should contact social security office in your area for more info on this. I think this is not a good thing to lose this card. I hope you memorized your SSN.

Social Security has a website, but I doubt that they will issue you another one without actually going in the office. With so many people stealing documents, you have to produce proof that you are who you say you are. So I know you'll probably hate this but you will have to go to the office.

You need to contact Social Security Admn and go in person to get another one. They will not do it on line. Ask what ID you need to bring with you as you will need something to prove you are who you say you are.
