Document the situation, report to the Unemployment issue and let them know what happened. If necessary report it to L & I. They will make a claim if necessary. Also, if you document it help supports your case in the Unemployment Office.

If you're fired for something you didn't do, ask for documentation. If they can't provide documentation that supports their reasoning for firing you then atleast you will stand a better chance of getting unemployment.
If you are trying to stop the firing, can you talk to someone about it, your boss, human resources. If they are trying to frame you, do you really want to work somewhere that is like that?

if you know you are gonna be fired, then quit, looks better at next place. But on the other hand if you get fired you can collect unemployment. Or file a grievance

If you really did not do whatever it is that you are being fired for I would contact the Dept. of Labor in your state. They will have a hearing or try and help you to resolve the issue. Good luck to you.

If your boss is puting the blame on you it won,t be easy.
I was blamed for a job, that i general did,so I went over my supervisors head.We went back through the files and there was my supervisors signature,he had done the work.
This might not help you,but think. If you did,nt do it someone did..

By "something you didn't do" do you mean you neglected to complete a task or do you mean you are being falsely accused?
Be the first to tell your boss you didn't complete the task. Be the first to tell your boss the actual situation.
Either way, take a deep breath and relax.

You need to have a skip level meeting with your supervisor's boss and HR present and explain the situation. Good luck.

Unless you can prove that you didn't do it, you're screwed. I suggest raid everything you can and curse your boss out.
