Have you ever watched yourself on video and say, "I didnt' know that I did that." Would you honestly have some good things to tell yourself when you came back into your body?

I would probably think«Hey,I look like a child,I laugh so hysterically».I don't believe I'd have lots of good things to tell myself when I returned to my body-I'm too much self-aware of my body languages and are terrified by what people would think of me,so I act really shy around people I don't know,and look quite impulsive to people who I trust.So,I would think I look kinda weird...

That I need not be so hard on myself. I'm who I am and while there are some things I can change, they're are also some I can't. That and I need to get my mind out of the gutter more often!

I saw myself on video for the first time when I was like 21. I noticed I played with my bra strap too much. Until this question I had not thought about it and you know what ? I still do it. Thanks for reminding me to stop....lol

I would say, "gee! I'm always multi-tasking, why am I not getting more done?" Then I would say, "oh yeah! It's because I let myself get sucked into Y! Answers and caring for my baby!"

I would get crazy about me --- and try to make love to me...
If we make sex we sometimes use a camcorder to record the
real action.... if I watch me after we finished, wow.
