i wanna get married to another woman I'm living in right now but don't have money for annulment. Is it okay to just have a written agreement with the presence of the attorneys of both sides that we could marry other woman or man?

Even with both attorneys there it will be still against the law sorry to say. And if the attorney's are on the up and up they will point that out to you. If you get married again before the annulment has even gone through the courts will look at the second marriage as non vailid. Sorry to say you can't get married in the US (or anywhere I think) if you are still considered married to someone else in the eyes of the court. Hopefully this helps.

Nope, you have to have your marriage dissolved first. If not, then there isn't a legal union between you and the new woman no matter how many lawyers are involved. annullments and divorces have to be filed with your county. If they don't have the papers then you are not legally married to the new woman.

No - you must get a divorce or annulment before you can marry again.

I think you still have to be divorced from the first woman before you can marry another.

Sure as long as bigamy is legal where you live.
