I used to work as a concierge on the Strip...so I think I have an idea of what I'm about to say...

There really is no such thing as the 'best restaurant' because it's like comparing apples and oranges. Each cuisine is unique and each restaurant puts its own spin on things. They all contribute something to the palette, the eye and hopefully, the belly!

Ok..but is money an issue?
If you are looking for something chic, elegant and expensive, I suggest Michael Mina or Picasso inside the Bellagio. Okada inside the Wynn is good. Maggiano's in the Fashion Show Mall is nice on ambiance and service. Tao in the Venetian is also top notch. If you want something with a view, try the Eiffel Tower Restaurant at the Paris...talk about breath taking views! Very pricey too.

Las Vegas boasts a myriad of restaurants for all your tastes...it's just a matter of experimenting with different cuisines, different atmospheres and the quality of the service...

I go to Vegas about 2-3 times a year....I have been to a lot of different places....but I just ate at The N9ne in the Palms and that has to be the best restaurant I have EVER eaten at.

Look it up on line and check out their menu. You will love this place.

The absolute best is at the VENETIAN, the Italian restaurant on the top floor, it's elegant and the food is exquisite!!! If you are looking for an unforgettable experience go there, it has a very classy, elegant and wonderful atmosphere, you will absolutely love it, a bit pricey, but worth every dime.

There are so many great restaurants in Vegas. In every nice hotel on the strip, they have 4 or 5 great restuarants. So it all depends on what type of food you want and where you want to go.

Joel Robuchon at MGM Mansion
Guy Savoy at Caesars Palace

They are the newest and best restaurant. But very pricey at >$200 for their tasting menu...

Even though I am not a fan of Emeril, I am convinced his restaurant in MGM is the best one in Las Vegas.
