I have trouble making eye contact. What should I do?

eyecontact is an unusual and as far as im concerned a totally misinterpreted myth surrounds it.firstly it is rumoured that the eyes are the mirrors to the soul so if you are a person who keeps his or her thoughts to themselves making eye contact is quite difficult.looking at it from another angle if you dont make ey e contact it can be misconstrued as a sign of weaknessif it bothers you that much when you approach someone make a little effort mental effort to look them in the face around the eyes not neccessarily into them try it it will work.sometimes we feel we are giving something away by making eye contact we are not practice it and give your confident side a little kick.

remember that making eye contact shows that you are interested and telling the truth when you talk to someone.
what might help you is to try to see the color of the other person's eyes, that will make you look at them for a minute and then it will get easier for you. Make sure you have fresh breath otherwise they may look away from you...sorry pet peave >:- #

firstly, find out from yourself why is that so and then only you will be able to deal with the root of the problem. when you have self evaluation, be honest. it's only yourself. no one else can help nor do it for you.
