Sit your 15 year old butt down and write a really nice card to them telling them how much you appreciate them and thanking them for all they do for you. Make a list of all the things you are thankful to them for. That will mean more to them than anything.

if you have brothers and/or sisters you should all pitch in some money and get them a gift certificate for a place to eat dinner at. That's what me and my sisters got my parents last year, and we got them a gift certificate that covered their meal at the Keg and then movie tickets to see a movie after wards! This way, your old enough to be home alone/babysit and your parents can enjoy a night alone.

make them a gift. I'm not a parent but I know that parents seem to love gifts a million times more if it's well thought out, using your own skills and you went to more effort. A consumer product simply wears off but a home made gift is so much sentimental. Plus, you will have little money to buy what they can already afford.

I know this might sound corny, but how about a gift certificate, made by you, offering to cook, clean, do laundry, take out trash
anything that they would normally do all the time. And make it for a period of one week, one month etc. Pick one or more jobs for your mom and one or more for your dad.
As a mom, I know I would appreciate that more than a gift that I wouldn't remember you gave me next Christmas.

I totally agree w/ Kings Child's answer. Write a thank you card to your parents on how much you appreciate and love them. Maybe make some comments about things that you did together, or what you appreciated that they did for you, over the past year. If I got something like this from my little girl I would frame it!!

If you do not have alot of $, you could give of yourself, like make a coupon book for you making a full meal including clean up, washing and vacuuming their car, cleaning the house, doing a round of laundry, if you have younger siblings you could watch them while they have a few hours out, etc.

Do things around the house be on your best behavior. They are going to be happy to have a great respectful child more than anything else in the world.
