Need to call a lawyer in your area. Only they can answer that for you, the law varies state ot state

Try doing a web search for Legal Aid. They should be able to give you some low or no cost information from their website. They also provide attorneys services on a case by case basis if you qualify.

Best bet is to go to a local court house and ask to review some material in their library of law material. Also, talk to someone who has gone thru similar situations, there are tons of people. There are a lot of variables to consider. Don't ever give up fighting. I didn't and I won. Don't get discouraged either. Stay the course.
