I believe the media tried to sabotage it, so they can sell more papers/get higher ratings. I think she made a deal with the kid's father who knew that he couldnt provide for his child the way that she could. No I dont think she got special treatment. If I had as much money as she does, I would do the same.

I don't think the press was actually thinking of anything other than selling papers. I don't think it was intentional, instead it was more of a reckless disregard for the best interests of the child. I don't think she received special treatment, in fact, she probably had it more difficult than a rich non-famous person would have.

No they simply exaggerated the circumstance,which they are well known for..I do believe Madoona expected some backlash though,& came to the conclusion that some publicity is better than none..

Actually, I've been puzzling over why the media think we still give a damn about Madonna? She's over the hill, she jumped the shark. Can't we just live our lives without having to see or hear her ever again? Please?
