Sorry, I was specific enough. I meant to ask not about the sprouse twins that played the character, as I know about them. What i meant to ask about the accent they had as the character Julian, it was obviously different than they're accent now and perhaps was taught epecially for the movie? its obviously some type of New York (or divisions of) accent.

the character was born in Canada, so maybe it was a 6 year olds version of an accent. Most of the change in vocal pattern is probably from maturing.

Pretty sure it was just a speech impediment as the boys were very young when they did that movie. They may be talented but I doubt very much that a preschool age child could master any kind of accent.

I'm a girl n I'm shy til u get to know me. I'll sit in class quiet n not talk to anyone n wen ppl talk to me I get nervous...... But if ik u n were friends I'm a lot more outgoing .... I just get nervous around newer people n I get scared..... Guys always calls me cute n adorable cuz I'm shy, short, got a nice body, im sweetheart til u piss me off, stuff like that......

In that movie, he doesn't sound like he has an accent. It sounds like a type of lisp. But, if anything, maybe he was trying to sound like he was from Boston?!
