Hey halynr150...,
Sounds like good clean fun. I don't write on them but I read this (a little less polite) once:
He who writes on bathroom walls,
would roll his in little balls,
He who reads these words of wit ,
Would eat these little balls of

There's a handful of great bathroom graffitti in Stephen King's short story "All That You Love Will be Carried Away." Really enjoyable read, for anyone who likes bathroom graffitti or Stephen King, or both! The funniest graffitti I have encountered was a religious conversation which took place over several years in a bathroom stall on my college campus. It would be painted over, then someone would start again until the entire wall was covered with various religious rants.

I think that bathroom stall writing has moved from the bathroom stalls and on the Internet. The vast web sites that are out there to trash your friends... is mind blowing.( the web sites where you post that you hate some one and everyone ( trashes the kid) comments.. or you hate a teacher... Its mean and just like on the stall in the bathroom .. its anonymous... to a point. BUT I think that its a immature way to get back or hurt someone.. you dont like or are jelouse of ... I think its mean.

I read it sometimes depending on how much is there, and if it is more than just names and dates. I don't really take part in it. I know when I was younger there were a couple times I would respond to rude and demeaning comments by writing how I think that person is ignorant if they feel that way. Of course, I probably did it a lot ruder than that and didn't phrase it that way, but thats the general idea of what I did.
I'm definitely more of a reader than writer.

Yeah, I usually read at least some of what it written there.
I found it interesting that at a brew pub in a college town I was visiting, there was graffitti, but it was all intellectual stuff. Sorry, its been a while so I don't remember anything specifically, just thought it was neat.
An interesting solution one gas station did was to put a dry erase board in there so folks could read/write without ruining the paint.

I think I wrote my name once in a bathroom in Denver, CO. I don't really remember. It was a long time ago.
